Masterfully handled by Raima. Two birds with one stone getting her First Blade title and publicly embarrassing a jerk. Looking forward to seeing where the story goes next, I really like the dialogue for this one!
Thank you! I usually struggle with natural sounding dialogue, which is mitigated somewhat by the kinda stilted and formal way the Clanholds speak in this story.
I wanted to use this little side adventure for Ramia to flesh her out as a person before rejoining her with the War Dogs. Pushed the fiction in a more “narrative and dialogue” heavy way than I normally do for that.
Solid footwork and quick wits wins against rage and brute strength every time. I do wonder if Renn might come back to haunt Ramia, though. Great entry.

I’ve got him added to the “Bonds” list, no doubt he’ll cause some trouble down the line for Ramia lol! Someone like him doesn’t disappear.
